Silver Garden is an inclusive pole dance and yoga studio in the heart of Downtown Miami, where movement and mindfulness flourish.

Located on the 12th floor of Downtown 1st with panoramic skyline views, we offer beginner to advanced pole dance classes, yoga, heels choreo, twerk and flexibility training, plus private bachelorette parties.

We believe in nurturing both body and spirit. Our mission is to create a welcoming, safe space where all are free to explore their sensitivity, sensuality, and strength. Whether you're brand new to pole or an experienced dancer, our Miami community has a class for you.
