Silver Garden Teacher Training Program

Elevate your skills. Transform your passion into a profession.

Overview

150+ hours Pole Teacher Training

Whether you're here to deepen your own practice or you feel ready to step in, Silver Garden Beginner to Intermediate Teacher Training is built to take you there.

Over three months, you'll study the language of teaching, build your own brand, and learn how to hold a room — all the foundational shapes, the anatomy behind them, and the art of guiding others. You'll be guided every step of the way by Selena and Luna, with a dedicated mentor alongside you throughout the immersion to support your growth.

From there, you'll learn the foundations and put them straight into practice — hands-on, in group lab settings, assisting and teaching real movement under guidance.

We recommend a minimum of 20 hours of practice before applying, so you arrive with a solid base to build on.

The journey

How you'll grow

  • Onboarding session

A one-on-one onboarding with Luna and Selena to talk through your goals and build a schedule across the term that makes them achievable.

  • Your own mentor

A dedicated Silver Garden mentor for the full program, with one-on-one check-ins and a final sign-off conversation. Your mentor is matched to you based on your goals and availability.

  • Shadowing & observation

Supervised observations where you assist and participate in assigned Intro to Pole and Pole Level 1 classes — not just watch from the side.

  • Co-teaching

Co-teaching sessions where you lead sections of real classes alongside a certified Silver Garden instructor. This is the bridge between observing and teaching on your own.

  • Teaching assessments

Mock classes you plan and teach independently, each with full feedback from the Silver Garden team, building toward your live 75-minute final assessment.

  • Private coaching

One-on-one time with a trainer focused on instructing: spotting techniques, class outlines, warm-up design, and cueing.
